Book two in the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan.
This is another book I listened to during my commute and was even more pleased with this experience than I was with the the first book. The Eye of the World did a great job building the characters and introducing you to this world, but The Great Hunt takes the next step forward with a couple of surprises along the way.
When you finish this book you will likely be reaching for book three!
